Privacy and Personal information

Any information collected through our website will only be used for the purpose of conducting business and enhancing your customer experience. We may share this information with third parties for joint marketing purposes. Any information submitted to us in response to joint marketing with one of our partners will be shared with that partner only.

We will only send you e-mails in response to an order or enquiry you have placed, or where we have your permission to do so.

Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list or feel that you have received e-mails from us in error then please contact us and we will remove your details from our list immediately.

We may use 'cookies' and other such technologies to monitor the level of interest in www.grownforyou.co.uk . You can modify your internet browser to prevent this if you so wish.

Security

We take the protection of your private information very seriously. As such all transactions through our site are encrypted and are processed by Secure Trading Ltd.

We cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer in the very unlikely event that a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data or other personal information, including payment details, that you provide to us when accessing or ordering from www.grownforyou.co.uk unless this is due solely to our negligence.

Prices

All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and are accurate at the time of publication on the www.grownforyou.co.uk website. VAT is included at the current rate where appropriate.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Availability

Where possible we endeavour to only list products on our website that are available for delivery within 30 days of order. Because of the seasonal nature of our business products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will contact you and offer either a replacement or a refund of the same value.

Payment

We accept valid Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit/debit cards for online orders. Payment for the full amount of your purchases is collected at the time of order through www.grownforyou.co.uk no matter when the goods are to be delivered.

Shipping and Handling

Our current delivery, postage and packaging charges are shown in your basket.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

We accept orders for delivery to mainland UK only (excluding the Scottish Highlands). We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for delivery outside this area. If you wish to have products delivered outside the UK please contact us.

Guarantee

We guarantee our plants and products will be delivered to you as described on our website and fit for the purpose for which they are intended. We ask you to plant out or pot on as soon as you receive them in accordance with common horticultural practice to give them the best start. Plants are perishable items and as such we cannot guarantee against adverse weather conditions, nutrient deficiencies, attack by pest or disease, or incorrect watering, once the plants have been delivered. In these instances we ask you to draw the problems to our attention so that we may offer advice where appropriate. Unfortunately, if your plants or seedlings do not grow properly due to negligence or mishap on your part, we regret that we cannot be held liable. If you require any advice or assistance with our products then please contact us. Any liability to refund or replace will be limited to the price of the plants at invoice.

If anything you receive from us is faulty or damaged we will replace it with a product of equal value or refund the cost. We cannot reimburse postage costs. We will only reimburse return postage if we have requested its return to us. Please notify our customer services department as soon as possible if you feel there is anything wrong with the products you have received, and in any case within 7 days of receipt of your order and before planting or potting on.

Cancellations and Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any items you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods. To exercise this right you must give written notice to the Supplier by hand, post or e-mail, giving details of the goods ordered your contact details, delivery address and time of delivery. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged and are returned to us in their original condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept cancelled orders on any goods that have been removed from their original packaging.

We cannot under any circumstances offer refunds for plants that have been removed from their growing pots/trays, planted or potted on. Bare-root plants should be kept free from frost, out of direct sunlight and protected against desiccation. Failure to do this will invalidate the guarantee. You are responsible for the plants until they have been received by us.

Use of information from the website

All information on this website is intended to assist the customer in making purchases. All illustrations, descriptions other information are approximate and for guidance only. All images on our site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the products you receive. Where available, pictures of plants are correct for their variety. Where we are unable to obtain an accurate picture we reserve the right to substitute an image of a similar variety.

Any advice given during by us is free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, and as such does not constitute part of our guarantee.

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the www.grownforyou.co.uk website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute this information in any way without the express permission of ourselves or our licensors except when ordering products from our website.

Changes to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at anytime. Please read this page each time you place an order to ensure that you fully understand our terms and conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the English law, and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England.
