With a warmer climate many of us can now grow exotic plants that we never would have dreamed of 20 years ago. We have a small selection of edible plants from the mediterranean (and New Zealand) that will give the feeling of the hot sun to your garden, whatever the weather. You don't have to leave the country as you can buy these Mediterranean plants online!
All the varieties we list are tried and tested (and mostly UK grown) and are capable of producing fruit in the UK, although as with all mediterranean plants you should be wary of frost, and they need a good hot summer to give their best.
