The apple is the most popular of all the fruit trees; and rightly so!. Apples are versatile, full of vitamins and delicious. We have listed some wonderful varieties of great quality apple trees here, some of which are suitable for planting through out the UK. All our apple trees are freshly potted and are approximately 4-5 feet tall, unless otherwise stated. To help you select the right tree and get the best apples from your own garden we have included some information about pollination. Unless they are self-fertile, apple trees need another tree close by of the same pollination group (this is shown as a numerical value) or a tree from the group either side. For example, a tree of group 3 can be pollinated by a tree of group 2 or 4. To keep things simple most of our apple trees are group 3 or 4, so they should work together well. With some well chosen varieties and well planted apple trees there is no reason why you can't enjoy fruit from your own orchard.
