Delivery Information

We deliver our products by a combination of Royal Mail and couriers.

It is our policy to try and deliver your whole order in one go within 14 days of receipt of payment, although it may take up to 30 days for certain types of product. We can only deliver to the mainland United Kingdom (excluding the Scottish Highlands). For deliveries outside this area please contact us for a quote. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for delivery outside this area.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout and in any case we charge a maximum of £6.95 for every order.

We take great care in handling our products, and make every effort to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the condition of your order please contact our customer care department immediately by using the form on our 'contact us' page.

If any part of your order is not available at the time of shipping we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
